Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Internal Communications Specialist (Account Director Level) to support the pan-African internal communications function of a leading multinational organisation operating across African markets.
This is a senior strategic role focused on shaping narrative, aligning communication across markets, and developing frameworks that enable a unified voice across the organisation.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in internal communications within large, complex organisations and be able to operate confidently at executive advisory level. Telecommunication experience will be a bonus.
This role is currently strategy-led rather than implementation-focused, requiring someone who can provide senior counsel, develop communication playbooks and frameworks, and strategically guide stakeholders on internal narrative and employee communications alignment.
