Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager (Senior Management Level) to lead HR operations across its diverse hotel groups. This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing a workforce of 1,500+ employees, driving organisational transformation, and building robust HR systems to support growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide strategic HR leadership across multiple hotel groups.
- Lead change management initiatives and cultural transformation.
- Oversee HR operations across multi-site environments, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement at scale.
- Develop and implement HR systems, policies, and procedures.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on complex HR issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (postgraduate preferred).
- 8–10 years’ senior HR management experience, including multi-site operations.
- Proven expertise in change management and organisational transformation.
- Experience managing large workforces (1,500+ employees).
- Strong personality, resilience, and maturity to handle complex HR challenges.
- Hospitality or manufacturing industry experience beneficial.
