Position: Senior HR Specialist (Generalist)
Location: Obour City
Responsibilities:
Handle and follow up on all HR functions (Personnel, Recruitment, Payroll, and employee files).
Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee records.
Implement company policies and ensure compliance with labor law.
Prepare periodic HR reports.
Coordinate with Social Insurance and Labor Office when required.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in Human Resources.
Good knowledge of Labor Law and Social Insurance.
Good command of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.
Working Days:
Saturday to Thursday.
