Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the creative direction and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels.
* Develop high-quality visual concepts and branding materials.
* Ensure consistency of brand identity across digital and offline platforms.
* Manage and oversee design projects from concept to final delivery.
* Mentor and guide junior designers and provide creative leadership.
* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to develop effective visual communication strategies.
* Review and approve creative materials before publication.
* Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
* Minimum 5+ years of professional design experience.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* Strong experience in branding, packaging, advertising, and campaign development.
* Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and digital content creation.
* Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
