Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior FF&E Designer to support the development and execution of high-quality hospitality and interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of FF&E concepts in line with project requirements and brand standards
- Review designs, specifications, and operator guidelines to ensure compliance
- Prepare FF&E schedules, specifications, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and production to ensure smooth execution
- Identify potential technical challenges and support in resolving them
- Assist in technical discussions with clients, consultants, and operators
- Support project documentation, submissions, and follow-ups
- Contribute to maintaining an organized FF&E materials and supplier database
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in FF&E / hospitality / interior projects
- Exposure to international hotel operators is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of FF&E scope, materials, and execution
- Strong attention to detail and structured working approach
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
Preferred
- Experience in furniture manufacturing or custom FF&E
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong portfolio showcasing hospitality or large-scale projects
