Turbo Diesel Services is seeking a highly experienced Diesel Injection Technician Foreman / Supervisor to join our specialist remanufacturing facility.
We are looking for a proven professional with deep hands-on expertise in modern and traditional diesel fuel systems who can lead from the front, uphold world-class workmanship standards, and help drive the next phase of operational excellence.

About the Role
You will oversee the diesel injection workshop, ensuring quality rebuilds, accurate diagnostics, efficient workflow management, technician guidance, and high technical standards across all product lines.
You must be equally comfortable working on the bench, solving technical problems, mentoring staff, and managing output quality.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, test, repair, calibrate, and remanufacture diesel injection systems
Lead workshop operations within the diesel injection division
Supervise technicians, trainees, and support staff
Ensure production targets, turnaround times, and quality benchmarks are achieved
Manage workflow of incoming jobs, estimates, parts requirements, and completed units
Maintain strict cleanliness, testing, and calibration procedures
Support warranty investigations and root cause analysis
Improve workshop systems, processes, and efficiency
Assist with technical customer support when required
Maintain safe working standards and discipline within the workshop
Required Technical Experience
Strong proven experience in multiple systems including:
Common Rail injectors and pumps
EUI (Electronic Unit Injector)
HEUI systems
Mechanical injectors and pumps
Commercial vehicle fuel systems
Agricultural / off-highway diesel systems
Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens/VDO, Caterpillar, Cummins and related platforms
Candidate Profile
Minimum 10+ years diesel injection technical experience preferred
Previous supervisory / foreman experience advantageous
Strong diagnostic ability
Quality-focused with pride in workmanship
Calm under pressure and solution-driven
Able to train and uplift junior staff
Good communication skills
Stable employment track record
