Job Summary: Formulate and oversee the execution of derivatives policies and operations—including FX Forwards and liquidity investment—to accurately and efficiently achieve targeted financial objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Target Achievement: Collaborate with line management and team members to drive and achieve the sector's strategic financial targets regarding derivatives operations.
- Derivatives Pricing: Oversee the competitive pricing of derivative products in alignment with the bank’s treasury requirements and branch client demands.
- Derivative Optimization: Evaluate and select optimal derivative instruments by analyzing profitability, funding sources, costs, and maturities via local and international correspondent banks approved by the Board of Directors.
- Asset Liability Collaboration: Partner with all sector departments to identify funding sources, costs, and tenors, ensuring the selection of the most cost-effective and profitable derivative structures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Supervise the execution of all derivatives transactions in strict compliance with internal banking policies and regulatory controls.
- System & Reporting Oversight: Review the logging of derivative transactions across treasury systems to ensure seamless transaction tracking and precise reporting on profitability and maturity schedules.
- Client Financial Advisory: Structure and present tailored derivative and treasury financial solutions directly to corporate and commercial clients.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related financial field.
- Completion of required and relevant Treasury training programs or certifications.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience within banking Treasury and Capital Markets.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role, effectively managing Staff.
