Leading engineering organisation is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Support Coordinator to join their internal sales and support team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer interactions, quotations, sales administration and ERP-based reporting to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage internal sales and customer support administration functions
- Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders and invoicing
- Handle customer communication and support queries professionally
- Work extensively on ERP systems for order processing and reporting
- Support forecasting, planning and KPI reporting activities
- Manage SLA-related administration and ensure compliance
- Assist with price adjustments and escalations
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Sales Diploma or equivalent qualification (or relevant experience)
- Technical qualification advantageous
- Experience in internal sales and customer support administration
- Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools
- Exposure to quotations, invoicing, and sales order processing
- Experience in forecasting, planning and KPI reporting
- Exposure to SLA management and price escalations
- Experience in mining or engineering industry advantageous
