Leading engineering organisation is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Support Coordinator to join their internal sales and support team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer interactions, quotations, sales administration and ERP-based reporting to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage internal sales and customer support administration functions
  • Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders and invoicing
  • Handle customer communication and support queries professionally
  • Work extensively on ERP systems for order processing and reporting
  • Support forecasting, planning and KPI reporting activities
  • Manage SLA-related administration and ensure compliance
  • Assist with price adjustments and escalations
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Sales Diploma or equivalent qualification (or relevant experience)
  • Technical qualification advantageous
  • Experience in internal sales and customer support administration
  • Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools
  • Exposure to quotations, invoicing, and sales order processing
  • Experience in forecasting, planning and KPI reporting
  • Exposure to SLA management and price escalations
  • Experience in mining or engineering industry advantageous
