Senior Creative Interior Designer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering innovative corporate interior design projects, with a strong focus on commercial and office fit-out environments. This role requires exceptional conceptual design ability, space planning expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept through to completion.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong portfolio showcasing corporate interior design projects and demonstrate the ability to create functional, aesthetically impactful, and client-focused spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of corporate interior and commercial office fit-out projects.
- Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, presentations, and space planning solutions.
- Produce detailed design documentation, layouts, specifications, and material selections.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, project managers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct client consultations to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage projects from concept design through implementation and final handover.
- Ensure all designs align with client branding, functionality, and commercial objectives.
- Prepare and present design proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, finishes, and emerging design technologies.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant building regulations, health and safety standards, and company quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior designers where required.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in corporate interior design.
- Strong commercial and office fit-out project experience preferred.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing completed corporate interior projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and furniture specifications.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
