Are you a detail-driven, commercially minded content professional who thrives on owning a process from start to finish? We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter to take the lead on our online product experience — driving catalogue accuracy, promotional content, and a high-performing copywriting team.
About the Role
You’ll be the engine behind our e-commerce catalogue — keeping product listings accurate, promotional pages live, and our copywriting team moving. This is a hands-on role with real ownership across content, promotions, supplier relations, and website management.
Key Responsibilities
Catalogue Management
- Build and maintain accurate product listings across our e-commerce platform
- Manage product visuals, artwork, and promotional badges
- Liaise with suppliers to source accurate data, images, and specifications
- Collaborate with the copywriting team to publish blog and product content
Team Leadership
- Lead and coordinate the copywriting team — assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure quality output
- Report catalogue updates and team progress to the Head of E-Commerce
Promotions & Campaigns
- Develop and execute promotional strategies in collaboration with marketing and buying teams
- Maintain promotional pages and manage price changes across the team
- Track promotions using shared pricing sheets
Website Management
- Update homepage and category pages to reflect current campaigns and stock
- Log and escalate site errors to the relevant teams
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in e-commerce, catalogue management, or digital content
- Strong leadership ability — you can manage a team and juggle multiple priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, CMS platforms, and supplier management systems
- Clear, confident communicator who works well across departments
