🌍 Senior Contract Manager – Energy Transition
📍 Casablanca, Morocco
I’m currently supporting an international organisation operating within the Energy Transition sector in the search for a Senior Contract Manager to support the delivery of complex industrial infrastructure projects.
This is a high-impact role offering involvement across the full project lifecycle, from pre-award contract negotiations through to post-award commercial and contractual management.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Managing commercial and contractual risk across major projects
• Supporting contract negotiation, review, and change management activities
• Working closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Handling claims, compliance, insurance, and payment-related matters
• Providing strategic contractual support to project delivery teams
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:
✔ Strong contract management experience within industrial, infrastructure, EPC, energy, or construction environments
✔ Experience with FIDIC, NEC, IChemE, or similar contract forms
✔ Strong claims and change management expertise
✔ Ability to operate within international and multi-disciplinary project teams
✔ English & French fluency essential
