The Opportunity
Program and Project Management sits at the centre of some of our client's most exciting and complex engagements. Their teams help organisations transform by providing strategic programme advisory services, establishing and enhancing PMOs, managing portfolios, leading large-scale programmes, and delivering critical projects from inception through execution.
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a visible role in client engagements, helping organisations bring their strategic ambitions to life while working alongside talented colleagues in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage project workstreams, ensuring successful delivery against objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Apply programme and project management expertise to solve complex business challenges.
- Coordinate and guide small teams to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor throughout programme delivery.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across client organisations.
- Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Contribute to the development of methodologies, thought leadership, and internal initiatives.
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines and consulting capabilities to deliver integrated solutions.
