We’re looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with a strong background in Healthcare (Medical Aid) and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
✅ BCom, BSc, or relevant qualification
✅ FAIS Fit & Proper compliant (NQF Level 5 & Regulatory Exams)
✅ Class of Business & CMS Registration in Healthcare
✅ 3–5 years’ Healthcare (medical aid advice) experience
✅ Own vehicle & valid driver’s licence
What you’ll do:
✔ Conduct annual benefit and cost reviews
✔ Provide strategic employee benefits consulting advice
✔ Manage and grow client relationships
✔ Resolve complex service delivery matters
✔ Facilitate client meetings and presentations
✔ Lead and mentor Member Consultants
✔ Identify cross-selling opportunities across client portfolios
