A client of ours within the legal sector is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Attorney to join their firm.

Pretoria, Gauteng
Requirements
- Specializing in Commercial LAW only.
- Minimum 6+ years’ experience in specifically commercial law.
- Independent drafting of commercial agreements.
- M&A exposure will be advantageous.
- Litigation experience will be advantageous.
- Tax/Financial background will be advantageous.
- LLB and
B. Com (finance) degrees
- LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
- Strong contract drafting skills
- Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&A’s, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.).
- Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.)
