Role and Responsibilities :
- Manage delinquent accounts by communicating with borrowers, external agencies, and legal representatives.
- Negotiate settlements, establish repayment plans, and apply lawful collection techniques (skip tracing, field visits, collateral disposal).
- Ensure accurate documentation of all collection activities and maintain related reports.
- Monitor and evaluate external agencies’ performance, support audits, and control payments/invoices.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to recovery officers and external partners to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all recovery actions.
- Take necessary action on severely past-due loans to safeguard organizational interests.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- Strong computer literacy with solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated skills in communication, negotiation, and time management.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and foster collaboration.
