Senior Change Manager: Ecosystem Modernisation Programme

Role Type: 12-Month Contract / Transformation Project

The Role Purpose

Are you a strategic change leader who excels at navigating large-scale, enterprise-wide transformations? We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead and embed sustainable change across our Ecosystem Modernisation Programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Define the programme-level change strategy, integrating stakeholder engagement, communication, and training into the early stages of the delivery cycle.
• Co-Leadership: Partner with Human Capital leadership to coordinate change inputs across Digital, Data, Integration, and Service Model workstreams.
• Impact & Readiness: Lead structured assessments to identify impacts on roles, processes, and ways of working, ensuring go-live decisions are informed by genuine business readiness.
• Leader Enablement: Coach and support executives and senior leaders to fulfill their roles as owners of change, designing forums and alignment sessions to drive the vision.
• Governance & Integration: Maintain transparent reporting within PMO structures, ensuring change milestones are visible and dependencies are managed within the integrated programme plan.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 8–10 years as a Change Manager on large-scale, complex programmes (enterprise technology or operating-model transformations).
• Domain Expertise: A proven track record within Financial Services (Employee Benefits, Insurance, or Retirement Administration) is highly advantageous.
• Methodology Mastery: Deep knowledge of leader-led change models and structured enterprise change frameworks. While Prosci/ADKAR are valued, your ability to align with internal corporate methodologies is key.
• Technical Literacy: Comfort navigating technology-enabled change, including platform modernisation and digital shifts.
• Education: Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Psychology, or Business.
