- Brand building: can create a visual identity from scratch (logo direction, colour, type, brand guidelines), not just one-off graphics
- Design: strong with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Social media: plans, runs and grows accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X, including content calendars and reading the analytics
- Copywriting: sharp, on-brand copy for captions, campaigns and messaging
- Short-form video: comfortable editing reels and content (Premiere, After Effects or CapCut)
- Marketing sense: understands audience, positioning and what makes something spread
- Uses AI creative tools daily (Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude or similar) to generate concepts and move faster
- We actively encourage this and want someone who pushes it
Requirements
- Design, Marketing or Communications degree preferred. Not required if the portfolio backs them up.
- Roughly 3 to 5 years in brand, design and social
- 5+ years, with a track record of brands or campaigns they've owned
- Genuinely creative and passionate about taking brands and online presence to the next level
- Can take a vague idea and run with it, with minimal hand-holding
- Brings energy and taste, and cares about the detail
- Portfolio is mandatory: must show real brand identity work plus social accounts they've actually run. Reel or case studies welcome. CV alone won't be considered.
- English: comfortable working in English across the UK and Gulf teams. Arabic copywriting a strong plus.
- Working hours: able to overlap meaningfully with UK and Saudi hours
- Real estate experience, ideally, but not compulsory
- Web/landing page design (Webflow, Framer or similar)
- Photography or art direction
- Paid social experience (Meta, TikTok ads)
