We are looking for a bartender who understands that great service is felt, not announced. Someone steady, attentive, and precise—comfortable in a space where guests move between business, leisure, and everything in between.
This is a role for a professional who values consistency, takes pride in their craft, and brings a calm confidence to a busy bar.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 5 years’ experience behind a professional bar (hotel environment advantageous)
A strong foundation in classic cocktails, spirits, and wine
A natural sense of timing, awareness, and guest engagement
Clean, considered working style with attention to detail
Confident in stock control and managing bar inventory
Comfortable managing both high-volume service and quieter, guest-focused moments
Reliable, well-presented, and team-oriented
The role includes:
Preparing and serving drinks with consistency and care
Maintaining a well-organised, efficient bar environment
Taking ownership of stock levels, counts, and minimising wastage
Ensuring accurate stock rotation and bar controls are in place
Reading the room and adapting service style accordingly
Upholding a high standard of cleanliness and presentation at all times
