About the Role-
To act as a strategic partner and revenue owner for enterprise staffing accounts. This is a client‑facing role focused on account growth, stakeholder engagement, and revenue expansion not delivery or recruiter operations. The ideal candidate will own key accounts, build trusted relationships with CXO‑level stakeholders, and drive sustained growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and strategic account planning. Success will be measured by revenue growth, account expansion, client retention, and leadership‑level engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage enterprise client accounts in IT staffing, acting as strategic partner and revenue owner
- Drive revenue growth through account expansion, mining, and conversion of new opportunities within existing clients
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned to client business priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Directors, and Hiring Managers, positioning as trusted advisor on hiring strategy
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and long‑term engagement. Upsell and cross‑sell staffing solutions.
- Expand footprint across multiple business units and geographies within enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure quality hiring outcomes and timely closures
- Translate client requirements into actionable hiring strategies for delivery teams
- Perform stakeholder mapping to identify decision‑makers and influencers within client organizations
- Create and execute strategic account plans for sustained growth and revenue expansion
- Maintain direct interaction with CXO/Director/VP‑level stakeholders to strengthen enterprise relationships
- Track and report success metrics including revenue growth, account expansion, client retention, and leadership‑level engagement
Mandatory Requirements
- 8+ years in IT staffing/recruitment industry
- Proven account management experience with revenue ownership and growth track record
- Experience working with enterprise/high‑value clients and MSP accounts
- Demonstrated success in upselling and cross‑selling staffing services
- Direct interaction with CXO / Director / VP-level stakeholders
