Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Security Manager. The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing physical, information, and cybersecurity measures to safeguard organizational assets. Key tasks include developing and executing security policies, managing network security frameworks, conducting risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and responding effectively to security incidents. Additionally, the role will involve managing security systems, technologies, and personnel to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Security and Security Management to oversee the protection of facilities, personnel, and physical assets.
- Experience in Information Security and Cybersecurity for developing and implementing strategies to protect sensitive data and IT systems.
- Knowledge of Network Security, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and threat mitigation techniques.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams effectively.
- Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to security and data protection.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
