Security Armed Guard Jobs in Gauteng at Sewelara Security and cleaning
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol residential grounds, buildings, parking areas, and common spaces to deter and detect suspicious or unsafe activity
- Control and monitor access points, including gates, entrances, and visitor check-ins
- Verify identification and authorize entry for residents, guests, vendors, and service personnel
- Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and security systems
- Respond promptly to disturbances, emergencies, and security incidents
- Enforce community rules, policies, and safety regulations
- Provide assistance to residents, including escort services when required
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, and emergency responders
- Document incidents, patrol activities, and observations in written reports
- Safely and responsibly carry and maintain assigned firearm and security equipment
- Maintain a professional, calm, and respectful demeanor at all times
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Matric/Equivalent
- Firearm competency: Handgun, rifle, short gun
- Vaild PSIRA GradeA,B & C
- Driver’s License Code 10
- Armed reaction experience
- Must reside in COJ or nearby areas
- Valid police clearance*
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: R350,00 per day
