Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure homes are spotless and hygienic
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens with care and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents
- Care for floors through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and other techniques to restore their shine and durability
- Provide superior client service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment
- Clean up new construction and remodel construction during and after project completion
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments promptly while maintaining our high quality standards
Skills
- Verifiable experience in hotel, resort, or residential cleaning or janitorial work.
- Basic knowledge of vacuum, sweep, mopping techniques to clean floors.
- Ability to perform sanitation tasks thoroughly while adhering to health guidelines and safety standards
- Superior customer service skills and a friendly, helpful, attitude that fosters positive client relationships
- Experience with laundry processes and responsibilities enhances your versatility in the role
- Familiarity with general housekeeping equipment and supplies ensures efficient cleaning operations
