We are looking for a motivated Scrum Master to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Remove blockers and help the team maintain productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Track sprint progress and team performance.
- Ensure Agile principles are followed across the team.
- Foster continuous improvement within the development team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Good understanding of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar Agile tools.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Good command of English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with software development teams.
- Knowledge of Agile metrics and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
