Role Description
This is a contract-based, fully remote Scrum Master role. The Scrum Master will oversee and facilitate Agile practices, lead sprint planning sessions, manage product backlogs, and ensure the team operates efficiently. Key responsibilities include guiding software development teams in the creation and refinement of user stories, fostering team collaboration, and identifying and resolving impediments to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- 4-6 Years experience
- Proficiency in Sprint Planning and User Stories creation
- Strong Analytical Skills combined with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in software development processes and Agile software lifecycle management
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is highly desirable
- Proven ability to adapt to a remote work environment and manage virtual teams
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
