Job Description:
the Scrum Master is responsible for leading the product lifecycle while ensuring the effective application of Agile and Scrum practices to deliver high-quality digital products aligned with business objectives.
- Define product vision, objectives, and roadmap in alignment with company strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
- Own and continuously manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, risk, and technical impact.
- Plan releases and sprints, ensuring realistic scope, timelines, and successful delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Review and accept completed features to ensure compliance with business requirements and quality standards.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and resolve blockers affecting the development team’s progress.
- Monitor team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, delivery predictability) and drive continuous improvement.
- Promote Agile culture and best practices across the organization.
- Ensure strong collaboration between product, engineering, QA, design, and business teams.
- Maintain full ownership of product delivery according to the agreed roadmap, milestones, and timelines.
