Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Specialist to support and optimize SAP solutions across Sales Distribution, Material Management, Finance Accounting, Controlling, and Warehouse Manage modules. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, ICT teams, and external partners to deliver reliable, scalable, and business-driven SAP solutions. You will be responsible for requirements analysis, system enhancements, testing, user support, and continuous process improvement, contributing to the organization's digital transformation and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage, design, and implement ICT system solutions in line with organizational standards and architectural guidelines.
  • Analyze functional specifications provided by the integrator.
  • Ensure solution quality, operational reliability, and scalability for future upgrades.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between ICT and business teams.
  • Manage supplier relationships and support departmental reporting activities.
  • Contribute to regional ICT strategy by recommending solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Gather business requirements and provide advisory support to stakeholders.
  • Skilled in analysing business and functional requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams and system integrators, and delivering scalable, reliable SAP solutions that support operational efficiency and future growth.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, support ICT strategy initiatives, and provide functional advisory services to optimize business processes and system performance.
  • Manage, design, and implement SAP solutions across SD, MM, FI, CO, and WM modules in alignment with organizational standards, SAP best practices, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
  • Analyze and validate functional specifications provided by system integrators and business stakeholders to ensure accurate SAP configuration and solution delivery.
  • Ensure SAP solution quality, system stability, operational reliability, and scalability to support future enhancements, upgrades, and business growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between ICT teams, SAP consultants, and business users to support seamless business processes and system integration.
  • Manage relationships with external SAP vendors (STLA Global), implementation partners, and suppliers while supporting departmental reporting and governance activities.
  • Contribute to regional ICT and SAP strategy by recommending process improvements and SAP solutions aligned with business and operational objectives.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, providing functional advisory and support to stakeholders on SAP SD, MM, FI, CO, and WM processes and solutions

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of automotive business processes.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP ERP development, deployment, and testing, including scenario validation, issue tracking, and follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with ICT systems.
  • Strong business analysis expertise with at least 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Solid background in ERP systems, particularly SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, WM) experience with BI & AI tools is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is considered a plus.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Comfortable working within a matrix organizational environment.
  • Good functional knowledge of Sales & Marketing, Aftersales, and Finance domains.
  • English is required; French is a plus.

  • Experience in budget planning and management.

Mobility: Travels: Kenitra/Casa/ Other business trip to France or Italy if required.
