In this transformative phase, we seek a Regional SAP Expert who will be instrumental in driving these technological advancements.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of S4Hana and a visionary approach to integrating new technologies into our business processes. With a forward-thinking mindset, the Regional SAP Expert will play a pivotal role in shaping our future IT landscape, ensuring AGRANA Fruit remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is not only proficient in SAP but also passionate about leveraging AI and Cloud technologies to create value. The Regional SAP Expert will collaborate closely with our IT and business teams to identify opportunities for technological enhancements and lead the charge in executing strategic initiatives.
Your Tasks:
- Collaborate with AGRANA Fruit's SAP experts and Corporate IT to enhance the SAP environment and share knowledge.
- Lead IT/SAP projects, ensuring progress and successful outcomes.
- Conduct process management workshops to boost efficiency and innovation.
- Provide SAP training to Key users.
- Manage SAP process change requests for timely resolution.
- Engage in Business Process Modelling, including analysis, standardization, and documentation.
- Contribute significantly to the implementation and improvement of the process landscape.
- Maintain effective communication to support AGRANA Fruit's IT strategy.
- Support the international team across 20 countries, promoting collaboration and IT excellence.
Our Requirements:
- University degree in IT or related field.
- At least 5 years of SAP experience.
- Project management skills, certification advantageous.
- SAP expert knowledge (especially towards MM, WM, PP, SD modules), implementation experience preferred.
- Understanding of process management and improvement concepts.
- Highly structured and organized work approach.
- Proactive, hands-on, change-driven, achievement-focused.
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness.
- Proficient in English; other languages are a plus.
