We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our retail shoe store team. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, providing excellent customer service and helping customers find the perfect products to suit their needs.
Key responsibilities include assisting customers on the sales floor, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, replenishing stock, and ensuring products are displayed according to company standards. You will also support the team in achieving sales targets and handling transactions at the point of sale.
The ideal candidate is approachable, reliable, and passionate about customer service and fashion. Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential. You should be a team player with good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work weekends and retail hours is required.
