About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Sales & Outreach Associate to support engagement, partnerships, and participation for a high-level, internationally oriented platform.
This role focuses on identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, and building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across different markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound outreach across multiple channels (email, phone, messaging platforms)
- Build and manage a structured pipeline of opportunities
- Engage with prospective stakeholders and guide them through the engagement process
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and relationship management
- Support conversion of interest into confirmed participation or collaboration
- Track outreach activity and provide regular performance updates
Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years experience in sales, business development, or outreach roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable engaging across different markets and time zones
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
