Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kampala for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting products or services, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with the team to develop effective sales strategies. The role requires proactive engagement with clients and detailed knowledge of the services offered.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills, with proven experience in client engagement and closing deals
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships
- Marketing knowledge, including understanding market trends and customer requirements
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills for effective sales and client support
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
- Familiarity with the local market and customer base in Kampala is advantageous
