Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson for a full-time, on-site role based in Kigali. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, providing tailored solutions to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will contribute to revenue growth and strengthen Turma IT's position as a trusted technology partner.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Understanding of IT services such as software development, cloud integration, and artificial intelligence.
- Analytical skills for identifying business opportunities and proposing tailored technology solutions.
- Ability to work in a team environment, while also demonstrating independence and self-motivation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; sales experience in the IT industry is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
