About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to assist a UK-based sales team with administrative tasks, client communications, and pipeline management. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate client and deal information
- Coordinate follow-up communications with prospects and clients
- Track sales activities, pipeline stages, and reporting metrics
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and route them to the appropriate team member
- Assist with scheduling meetings, demos, and calls for the sales team
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and client onboarding
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a sales support, admin, or coordination role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a remote environment
