SALES SUPERVISOR (LADY) Jobs in Dennilton at Sabekile Enterprise
THE ROLE:
● Lead our sales team across Dennilton, Polokwane, Middelburg, Gauteng & surrounding areas
● Open new customer outlets | Build relationships | Grow our brand in the market
● Report directly to the General Manager
● Manage, coach, and grow the Sales Representatives and Internal Sales Lady — hold the team accountable to daily targets
● Open minimum 15 new customer outlets every month across Polokwane, Middelburg, Gauteng, Dennilton and surrounding areas
● Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, spaza shops, tuck shops, taverns, schools, and informal traders
● Monitor competitor activity, pricing and promotions — report findings to the General Manager every week
● Ensure full brand visibility at all customer outlets — POS material, price boards, product displays, and in-store positioning
● Resolve all customer complaints and delivery issues within 24 hours — zero tolerance for unresolved problems
● Capture all orders accurately in the Zoho CRM system and submit a complete weekly sales report to GM every Friday by 15:00
● Manage and log all travel, fuel usage, and mileage for the company vehicle provided — business use only
● Plan and execute product activations, promotions, tastings, and seasonal campaigns in key markets
● Coordinate with the dispatch and production teams to ensure on-time delivery and correct order fulfilment for all customers
● Identify and secure new distribution points, sub-distributors, agents, and resellers in underserved territories
● Monitor and follow up on overdue customer payments in coordination with the Finance Officer.
PLEASE NOTE — GROWING ROLE: As Sella Beverage grows, additional responsibilities will be assigned to the Sales Supervisor. These may include managing new sales channels (formal trade, petrol stations, schools, hospitals, government), overseeing new departments or product categories, managing a larger team, and taking on a broader commercial leadership role within the business. The right candidate will grow with the company — there is no ceiling here
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dennilton, Limpopo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High School (matric) (Required)
Experience:
- sales experience in FMCG, beverages, or food industry: 3 years (Required)
Language:
- ● English + Sepedi and IsiNdebele (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- driver’s licence (Code 8/10) (Required)
