Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Sales Staff role located in Kampala. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Other tasks include conducting market research, promoting products and services, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The role requires a customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation skills, contributing directly to the company’s business development and growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of advertising, marketing strategies, and business development concepts
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and custoFOR mer service skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze competitive trends
- Strong organizational and time management abilities for managing multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
