Role Overview
This is your chance to shine as a Used Auto Parts Sales Rep. You’ll handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries from shops and customers, delivering top-notch service in a high-tempo environment. With a killer sales track record and a self-starter attitude, you’ll use tools like CHECKMATE and PartsTrader to keep the deals flowing. Bilingual in Spanish? Even better. Let’s move some parts!
Key Responsibilities
- Sell used and recycled auto parts with deep product knowledge.
- Handle phone, in-store, and online customers with finesse.
- Use insurance estimating tools (APU, CCC One, PartsTrader, OPSTRAX) like a pro.
- Manage quotes, sales, returns, and delivery times with laser focus.
- Team up with the crew to smash company goals.
- Keep records tight and the sales floor buzzing.
Qualifications
- Proven sales success, consistently beating goals.
- Stellar listening skills to nail customer needs.
- Bilingual Spanish is a big plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Multitasking champ in a dynamic setting.
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and web navigation.
- CHECKMATE/CAR-PART.COM experience preferred; Buddy Automotive or NMVTIS a bonus.
- Minimum 3–5 years in used auto parts sales or body shop estimating is ideal.
Job Details
- Type: Full-time
- Pay: $50,000–$95,000+/year (competitive base + commission, based on experience)
- Hours: 40+ hours/week, Flexible Monday-Friday 7:00am-6pm Saturday 8am-4pm
