Overview:

We are seeking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team within the motor industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, providing product information, and supporting external sales activities to ensure excellent customer service and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers telephonically and at the sales counter
• Process customer orders and quotations accurately
• Provide product advice and pricing information
• Follow up on customer queries and back orders
• Support external sales representatives where required
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch performance

Requirements and experience:

• Degree in marketing, business, or related field. (beneficial)
• Grade 12
• 2–3 years’ proven internal sales experience within the motor / automotive parts industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Computer literacy and experience working with sales systems
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
