POSITION INFO:
Your responsibilities will include: – Visiting retail stores throughout Pretoria and surrounding areas – Presenting, promoting, and selling Cosmic products to existing and prospective customers – Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and retail teams – Identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand product listings – Conducting customer needs analyses and providing suitable product solutions – Achieving monthly sales targets and performance objectives – Generating new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling – Resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally – Monitoring competitor activity and market trends – Providing management with regular feedback on customer needs, opportunities, and challenges – Coordinating activities with merchandising teams and other departments – Maintaining accurate sales records, reports, and territory updates – Continuously improving through coaching, training, and feedback
