Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role at TPPC’s Lagos office. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing account management and support. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with TPPC’s mission of sustainability.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Contract Management skills
- Market Research and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
- Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of sustainable packaging or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Problem-solving and organizational skills with attention
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Salary budget: N150,000
