About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell credit account services directly to customers on site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands customer needs, and can clearly explain the benefits of credit products. You will play a key role in helping customers access financial solutions while contributing to overall business growth.

What You Will Do

• Engage with customers in person to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable credit account options

• Clearly explain product features, terms, and benefits to support informed customer decisions

• Guide customers through the application process and ensure all necessary information is captured accurately

• Build trusting relationships by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and ethical support

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of credit products, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirements

• Track daily activity, customer interactions, and completed applications

• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve customer outreach strategies

Required Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to explain financial products clearly and confidently

• Comfortable meeting customers face-to-face in a busy environment

• High level of integrity and commitment to ethical selling practices

• Ability to stay organised and manage multiple inquiries throughout the day

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services, credit products, or retail banking
