We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to help grow our business through proactive outreach, client relationship management, and consistent follow-up.
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by results, hungry for success and energized by building strong client relationships. If you are coachable, competitive, and excited by the opportunity to grow accounts and drive revenue, this could be a strong fit.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process: prospecting, discovery, proposals, follow-up, and closing
- Maintain a clean, updated pipeline in Salesforce
- Communicate clearly and professionally on phone calls with prospects
- Build trust with key decision-makers in fitness, hospitality, and commercial real estate
- Collaborate with the internal team for smooth handoffs post-sale
Requirements
To be most qualified you should have:
- 1 year minimum full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in long-sales-cycle or commercial services
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Self-starter mindset with strong follow-through
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs
- Your own equipment and peripherals, including a reliable computer, webcam, noise‑cancelling headset, stable high‑speed internet (50 Mbps minimum), and a backup internet source
Schedule
US Central Time Zone: 8 AM – 5 PM
Offers
- $6–$10/hour base rate depending on experience
- Uncapped commissions: 10% of annual cost on every Preventative Maintenance Service Deal closed
