We are a well-established private business specialising in the sale and supply of aftermarket truck engine and body parts for Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Tata Trucks, and MAN Trucks.
In addition to truck parts, we also supply tyres, batteries, Primetech oils and lubricants, hydraulic products, degreasers, and a wide range of automotive and workshop-related products. With a large warehouse operation and an extensive supplier network both locally and internationally, we pride ourselves on sourcing quality products at competitive prices while providing excellent customer service and reliable delivery.
We are currently looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and with general enquiries
- Provide expert advice on truck engine parts and related products
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain excellent customer service standards
- Handle quotations, sales, customer follow-ups, and general sales administration
- Source products and liaise with suppliers when necessary
- Help grow the business through strong sales and customer retention
- Maintain organised workflows and assist with improving office systems
- Work closely with management and other staff members in a professional and respectful manner
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience in truck engine and body parts is essential
- Previous experience in truck parts, automotive, or related sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident salesperson with the ability to build trust and close sales
- Trustworthy, reliable, and professional
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, proactive, and team-oriented
- Computer literacy and administrative skills are advantageous
- Experience working with Pastel software is desirable
- A willingness to learn and work with company software systems and business processes is essential
Salary
Starting salary from R14,000 per month, depending on experience and knowledge, negotiable.
