Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Representative based in Tema. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Daily activities include preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, generating reports, and collaborating with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships
- Proficiency in market research and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client relationships
- Knowledge of the construction or cement industry is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar sales role can be an advantage
