The Opportunity
As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with homeowners to identify roofing needs, provide solutions, and close deals.
This is a field-based role with a mix of self-generated opportunities and company support—giving you control over your income while not being on your own.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with homeowners and introduce our services
- Generate and follow up on leads (training + support provided)
- Conduct roof assessments and present solutions
- Close deals and manage your pipeline
- Work toward monthly performance goals (8 deals/month baseline)
Compensation (Uncapped & Straightforward)
- Earn 8% per deal (entry level)
- Higher commissions available as you grow
- Top performers unlock 10% profit-based earnings
Average Monthly Earnings:
- Getting started (5–8 deals): ~$6,000–$10,000/month
- Consistent performers (8–10 deals): ~$10,000–$15,000/month
- Top performers (10+ deals): $15,000–$20,000+/month
