THE ROLE
We’re not looking for someone to sit behind a desk and wait for leads to come in. We need a self-starter — someone who creates their own opportunities, builds their own pipeline, and closes deals with confidence and integrity.
If you know how to talk to homeowners, understand the language of construction, and thrive on results, this role was built for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
– Prospect, generate, and develop your own leads in residential markets
– Conduct in-home consultations and property assessments
– Educate homeowners on services including roofing, siding, windows, doors, and more
– Prepare and present accurate estimates and proposals
– Close sales and manage the customer relationship from first contact through project handoff
– Build a referral network and maintain a strong local presence
– Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– Proven sales background — you know how to open doors and close deals
– Knowledge of residential construction, materials, and industry terminology
– A true self-starter mentality — you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them
– Sharp communicator — clear, confident, and persuasive
– Trustworthy and professional — our reputation matters, and so does yours
– Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of outside sales experience (construction, roofing, or home improvement preferred)
– Experience with insurance restoration or storm damage claims is a plus
– Established network in the local residential market is a bonus
COMPENSATION
– Commission-based with high earning potential
