Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, coordinating property visits, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating deals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and company offerings. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive sales and foster long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable
- Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently
