Paintcor is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Clerk to join our Sunningdale branch in Cape Town.
The role involves assisting customers, processing orders, preparing quotations, managing sales administration,
and supporting the branch sales team to ensure excellent customer service and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with sales enquiries, quotations, and product information.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up on quotations and customer orders.
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinate with the JHB warehouse to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Support the branch team in achieving sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or sales administration.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Sage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in the paint, hardware, or construction industry will be advantageous.
