The main purpose of the job is to assist customers, asking probing questions and listening carefully. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met and for providing an overall pleasant customer experience. To negotiate with the customer and use selling skills to upsell and offer add on sales. To test pre-owned goods and ensure they are in working order before closing the sale. The ideal candidate will be professional, energetic, target driven and must have a proven track record in sales. General knowledge of a broad range of consumer products is essential. Strong Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies. Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
Remuneration will include a market related basic salary and monthly incentives.
Applicants must live within reasonable proximity of the store and have access to reliable transport. Cash Converters offers a retail industry related salary with performance bonus for on target performance.
