Role Overview

Our client, a luxury fashion accessories brand, is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in the luxury or premium fashion space. This role drives revenue growth, strengthens brand positioning, and delivers high-impact marketing initiatives for a discerning customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the luxury retail market
  • Drive revenue growth through high-value client acquisition and retention
  • Build and manage relationships with VIP clients, key accounts, and retail partners
  • Identify new market opportunities within the premium/luxury segment

Brand Positioning & Marketing Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that reflect the brand’s luxury identity
  • Lead campaigns across digital platforms, influencer collaborations, events, and activations
  • Ensure brand consistency and premium storytelling across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with product teams on launches, collections, and seasonal campaigns

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve set targets
  • Monitor KPIs, track performance, and drive accountability
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Analyse luxury market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity
  • Leverage insights to refine pricing, positioning, and campaign strategies

Planning & Budget Management

  • Develop sales forecasts and marketing plans aligned with business goals
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximise ROI while maintaining brand standards

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Proven experience in the luxury fashion, premium retail, or fashion accessories industry
  • Strong track record in sales strategy and marketing execution within a luxury context
  • Experience managing high-value clients and delivering premium customer experiences
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer behaviour in luxury markets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
