Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the used vehicle sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the used vehicle sector.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform business decisions.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the buying process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive traffic and generate leads.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry and refine sales approaches accordingly.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to management, highlighting key accomplishments and areas for development.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
