Key Responsibilities:
- Explore the Ethiopian steel market, formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, understand client needs, and facilitate long-term cooperation
- Lead business negotiations, secure favorable transaction terms, and manage contract execution and risk control
- Coordinate supply chain to ensure steel supply and delivery, communicating with internal and external resources
- Analyze market trends and price movements to provide insights for company decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Able to communicate in English
- Familiar with international trade procedures
- 5+ years of experience in overseas steel trade
- Existing local customer resources and market network in Ethiopia
- Proven track record of minimum 50,000 tons annual sales volume (hot rolled coil, cold rolled coil, carbon steel, or similar)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
- Strong market insight and ability to work under pressure
